Lakebook is the web platform built by Deeper Sonar (Deeper UAB, Lithuania). It lets you view recordings made with Deeper sonars, generate bathymetry maps and share them. It's the official cloud for the Deeper brand.

How is Horizon Sonar similar to Lakebook?

Both are web clouds for sonar recordings: upload files, open them in the browser, view bathymetry and GPS trail, share with a link. The main difference is that Horizon works with sonar recording (Horizon sonars) and adds an in-app marketplace and rewards system.

Can I upload Deeper .dp5 files to Horizon?

Not today. Horizon currently reads only sonar recordings (the Horizon sonar format). If your Deeper exports Horizon sonar recordings (some integrations allow it), it works. More formats are on the roadmap.
